Established in 1999, Preferred Construction Services, Inc. (PCS Engineering) is a full service building systems design firm located in suburban Philadelphia. PCS provides systems design for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC&R), Plumbing / Process Piping, Lighting, Electrical / Life Safety and Fire Protection. ASHRAE Energy Audits are performed to evaluate building operations optimization services.
Our individualized client service stays focused on our clients’ needs. Our design philosophy begins with a clear outline of all our clients’ needs and goals then utilizes all generations of technology to achieve these goals within the parameters and budgets as set forth by our client. All projects are performed under the supervision of a principal engineer. Our staff remains consistent for each project from concept development through completion.
