Facility condition study, assessment and report for 35 building located on the NJIT Newark Campus.

PCS performed the HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical Facilities Condition Assessment Study and Report. 

In addition, PCS bar coded all major HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm and Fire Protection equipment as part of our field survey and documentation services.  Noting all relevant information to create a database that was delivered to the owner for each bar code tag.  The database will be used for an asset management system.
