PCS performed Facility Condition Study, Assessment and Report for 44 existing buildings on the Ramapo Campus.

PCS performed the HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection portion only for the Facilities Condition Assessment Study and Report. The assessment included interviewing facility personnel, visual walkthrough of the buildings and up-date of the existing report document formatted for the new project. Of the 44 buildings there were 11 new buildings not surveyed in previous studies, therefore they included a new assessment narratives in detail.
