Lipman Hall was built in 1950 and is dedicated to Rutger’s Biochemistry and Microbiology programs.  The building contains classrooms, laboratories and offices.

Projects: 
2010/2011 Project: Engineering and Construction Administration Services renovation to Labs 109, 110 and Building Server Room 020.

2016: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection Design for 3rd Floor Laboratory Renovations.  Construction Completion Date January 2017

RUTGERS UNIVERSITY
FORAN HALL
Department of  Biochemistry and Microbiology

Foran Hall was dedicated in 1995 and is 150,400 square foot complex used as a Bio Technology Facility. The building is home to Rutger’s Agricultural Research and Technology Center.
 
In 2015, PCS was retained to provide HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection engineering services for the 1st Floor Laboratory and Common area renovation.   Construction is scheduled to be complete in January 2017.
