University City Science Center Market Street Philadelphia, PA 19104
Founded in 1963, University City Science Center is the oldest and largest urban research park in the United States. In 2006, the Science Center was selected as the 2006 Outstanding Research Park. The 16 building campus located on Market Street extends from 34th to 39th Street.
PCS Engineering completed its first project with the Science Center in 2004 and continues to provide services for building studies and engineering designs for cost effective system upgrade and alterations.
Projects completed to date include:
Design for Cooling Tower Replacement (2 buildings), Energy Recovery Ventilation Projects, Boiler Replacement Projects, Electrical Power Study and upgrade project, Building Automation System Upgrades.
