PCS performed an ASHRAE Level II Energy Audit and Facility infrastructure study for the  Robert A DeStefano Technology Center multi-use, 330,000 square foot 2-building facility that includes office space, a print mail facility, and a data center. The Data Center and associated critical support infrastructure comprises approximately 75,000 sq. ft. of building one and includes 36,000 sq. ft. of white space. 

NorTech Data Facility

PCS Engineering performed and ASHRAE Level II Energy Audit and Facility infrastructure study for the Nortech Data Center. The facility is classified as a Class A1 Data Center supporting mission critical operations. This classification defines a tightly controlled thermal environment including temperature, humidity and dew point. The facility contains office, Data Center, support infrastructure space and a Command Center.  The facility is 114,280 square foot 2-story building with a hardened earthen bunker surround. The Data Center and associated critical support infrastructure comprises approximately 65,930 square feet of the overall facility and includes 38,832 sq. ft. of white space.
